Residential real estate listings
For a residential listing, use the online booking portal to review the available services, choose an appointment time and provide the property details.
Builder, commercial and custom projects
Use the inquiry form for builder, commercial, architectural, interior-design or other custom work. Describe the project, intended use, approximate size, preferred timing and the media you are considering. I’ll review the scope and follow up directly.
To help me understand the project, include the property or project type, general location, approximate size, intended use of the images and the services you are considering. It also helps to mention whether the space is occupied, vacant, under construction or operating during the proposed appointment. If access, parking, tenants, site safety or business hours could affect the work, note that in general terms. Do not send passwords, alarm details, lockbox codes or other access credentials in the first message.
I will review the information and identify the most appropriate next step. A standard residential listing can usually continue through the online booking portal, where you can review available services and appointment times. Builder, commercial, architectural and other custom work may require a project quote so the scope, intended use and media requirements are clear before scheduling. If important details are missing, I will ask for them before confirming the project.
