Real estate media is not occasional work for me.
It has been my full-time profession since 2012. Over that time, I have photographed ordinary family homes, condos, acreages, premium properties, show homes, new construction and commercial spaces.
The assignments change, but the responsibility does not: understand what matters about the property, photograph it consistently and deliver media that is ready for the client’s purpose.
Listing schedules move quickly. Sellers are emotionally invested. Weather and property conditions change. Experience helps me anticipate those variables, communicate clearly and keep the appointment focused.
Property media has its own visual language.
A home is not photographed like a product or a portrait. Every room connects to another, and the finished media must help buyers understand the layout, light, finishes and context.

Volume alone is not the point. The value is recognizing what a property needs, what may slow the appointment and how to keep the finished standard consistent.

This has been my daily work—not a side service fitted around another career. That continuity has built practical knowledge of how Saskatoon Realtors work, what sellers need during the appointment and what buyers need from the finished media.

Builder and commercial experience.
Real estate listings are the core of my work, supported by projects for builders, developers, renovators, designers, architects, property managers and commercial organizations. These assignments are scoped around the project, schedule and intended media usage rather than residential package pricing.
Saskatoon is home.
Outside client assignments, I continue to work as a fine-art photographer inspired by the light, landscapes and architecture of the Canadian Prairies. That personal work keeps me attentive to atmosphere, structure and the way a place feels—not only what it contains.
