A Simple Three-Step Process

1. Book the appointment

Choose the available services, enter the property and access details, and select an appointment time in the online booking portal. Review the confirmation and contact me if a material detail changes.

2. Prepare the property

Complete cleaning, decluttering and repairs before the appointment. Confirm access, secure pets and identify rooms or features that need special attention. Use the home preparation checklist for a room-by-room guide.

Additional media is captured only when it is part of the confirmed order.

3. Review the delivered media

Real estate media is delivered by noon the next day. For larger homes, video editing or 3D floor-plan processing may occasionally require additional time. If that happens, I’ll let you know promptly and confirm the revised delivery time.

You’ll receive a notification when the media is ready in the online delivery system.

  • Booking your appointment is quick and convenient through my online booking system or mobile app. Simply select the services you need, enter the property details, choose an available date and time, and submit your booking. You’ll receive an instant confirmation email with all the details of your appointment.

  • I recommend booking as soon as you know your listing timeline, especially during busy real estate seasons. While I can often accommodate short-notice appointments, booking in advance gives you the best selection of available dates and times.

  • Yes. My mobile app allows you to book appointments, manage your upcoming shoots, access past listings, download media, and view invoices directly from your smartphone or tablet.

  • I provide real estate photography services throughout Saskatoon, Warman, Martensville, and many surrounding communities throughout Central Saskatchewan. If your property is outside my standard service area, please contact me and I’ll be happy to discuss travel options.

  • After booking, you’ll receive an instant confirmation email containing your appointment details. You’ll also receive helpful reminders before your appointment, including preparation information to help ensure the property looks its best.

    On the day of the appointment, I’ll arrive ready to capture your listing using the services you selected, whether that includes photography, drone imagery, video, floor plans, virtual tours, or additional marketing products.

  • Yes. I understand that real estate schedules can change quickly. If you need to adjust your appointment, add additional services, or make changes to the property details, please update your booking through the client portal, mobile app, or contact me directly.

  • I offer appointment times throughout the day to take advantage of the best natural lighting conditions and accommodate Realtor and homeowner schedules. Availability can vary depending on the season and existing bookings.

    If you have a preferred time, I recommend booking early to secure your ideal appointment.

  • When my schedule allows, I will do my best to accommodate urgent or last-minute appointments. Please contact me directly if you require a same-day appointment, and I’ll let you know what options are available.

  • Light rain or overcast skies do not always prevent a successful appointment, as many exterior enhancements can be completed during professional editing. However, severe weather, heavy rain, strong winds, or unsafe flying conditions for drone photography may require rescheduling.

    I will work with you to determine the best solution to ensure your listing looks its best.

  • No. Realtors or homeowners do not need to remain at the property during the appointment, although they are welcome to be present.

    Many Realtors provide access using a lockbox or arrange for the homeowner to let me in. Once the appointment is complete, I will ensure lights are turned off, doors are locked, and the property is left exactly as I found it.

Preparing the Property

  • To make the most of your real estate photography session, it's recommended to prepare the property by decluttering and staging it for optimal presentation. Clearing countertops, opening curtains, and ensuring good lighting can help create appealing photographs that showcase the property's best features.

  • Homeowners are welcome to be present, but it is not required. Many sellers prefer to leave during the appointment so I can work efficiently and move through the property without interruptions.

    If the homeowner remains at the property, I simply ask that they avoid entering rooms while they are being photographed.

  • Pets are part of the family, but they can be distracting in listing photos and may make it difficult to move quickly through the home.

    If possible, I recommend having pets off-site during the appointment. If they remain at the property, please keep them in an area that has already been photographed or arrange to move them from room to room as needed.

    Please remove pet beds, food dishes, toys, and litter boxes whenever possible before the appointment.

  • No. I will turn on the necessary lights as I photograph the property and ensure everything is turned off before I leave.

    However, replacing burnt-out bulbs beforehand and ensuring all lighting fixtures are working properly will help create the best results.

  • I make small adjustments when needed, such as straightening chairs, adjusting pillows, hiding small distractions, or moving decorative items to improve the composition of a photograph.

    However, I do not provide full home staging, deep cleaning, or move large furniture. Preparing the home before the appointment will always result in the best possible images.

  • My schedule is carefully planned to provide enough time for each appointment. If the home requires significant cleaning, decluttering, or staging after I arrive, it may affect the quality of the final images or require additional time and fees.

    The best approach is to have the property fully prepared before the scheduled appointment time.

  • You do not need to worry about preparing the blinds or curtains before I arrive. During the photography session, I will adjust window coverings as needed to create the best balance of natural light, privacy, and exterior views.

  • Absolutely. Most homes I photograph are occupied by homeowners or tenants. Proper preparation, decluttering, and organization can make a lived-in home look exceptional in professional real estate photographs.

  • The length of an appointment depends on the size of the property and the services selected. A typical photography session may take anywhere from 30 minutes to 90 minutes.

    Additional services such as aerial drone photography, video, virtual tours, or detailed floor plans will require additional time.

  • I do not place a limit on the number of photographs delivered. Every property is unique, and my goal is to capture all of the important spaces, features, and details that help buyers understand the home.

    You will receive a complete collection of professionally edited images that tell the full story of the property.

  • The license for real estate marketing is typically intended for the active listing period. If you would like to use the images for future advertising, personal branding, or other purposes after the property has sold, please contact me to discuss the appropriate usage rights.

  • Yes. In addition to real estate media, I provide photography services for builders, architects, interior designers, contractors, and businesses requiring professional architectural and commercial imagery.
