How to Work with Us: From Start to Finish

Book Your Photography Session:

  • Simple Booking: Choose your services, enter the property address, and select a convenient date and time directly on our website or on our app.

  • Confirmation: Receive an instant confirmation email with all the details of your appointment.

The Photography Experience:

  • Preparation: We arrive early to walk through the property, ensuring every room looks its best. We adjust lighting, make staging tweaks, and clean areas as needed for optimal photo quality.

  • Photography and More: Starting with photography, we then move on to additional services like virtual tours or aerial photos. Our flexible approach allows us to adapt to each home’s unique features and capture it from the best angles.

  • Final Touches: After photography, we reset the space, turning off lights and replacing any moved items.

Post-Production and Delivery:

  • Quick Editing: Our team promptly edits your photos and videos, aiming for a 24-hour turnaround for photos and 72 hours for video products.

  • Notification and Access: You’ll receive notifications via email and text when your digital media is ready. Our secure online system makes viewing and downloading your media easy, with payment required upon download.

Appointments

  • We offer a range of services including real estate photography, virtual tours, aerial photos and videos, video marketing, floor plan development, and marketing materials creation.

  • The photographer will first walk through the home to turn on lights, quickly tidy up each room then start taking photos. We are not scared to move things around or give instructions to the home owner or Realtor to help sell the home. We are your trusted advisor and our experience and expertise will help your photos and other media products look amazing! We prefer taking photos first then start working on any extra service like the virtual tour or video.

  • After a photo shoot, you can expect industry-leading 24-hour delivery on most photo shoots, with photos typically delivered the same day but we some times are delivered the next morning. This quick turnaround time allows you to start marketing your property promptly. Images must be paid on download through a convenient online payment system.

  • A work day is from 9 to 5, Monday to Friday. You can book within this schedule. I take special consideration for appointments outside these hours. Please contact me. I never want you to lose a listing and try my best to accommodate to help you sell that home!

  • Book it in then text Scott at 306-715-8484 to see if there’s an option to squeeze the appointment in or put you on a waiting list. It really helps if I can see what products you want and where it is so I can properly see where I can fit it in.

Booking

  • Scott Prokop Photography primarily serves Saskatoon, Warman, Martensville, and surrounding areas within 50 kilometers. Travel fees may apply for locations outside of this primary service area. It's best to discuss your specific location and requirements with the team to determine any applicable travel fees.

  • We charge outside 50 km of Saskatoon. The booking system calculates the costs and its based on 75 cents/km.

  • Yes, we are open to discussing and accommodating special requests. If you have specific photography needs that aren't listed, you can reach out to them, and they will work hard to fulfill your requirements.
